  • shift dates, times, miles, deliveries, pay, tips, adjustments, and notes
  • business expenses such as gear, supplies, maintenance, phone-related costs, and other purchases
  • schedule entries, recurring shift rules, and calendar planning data
  • planning inputs such as filing status, state, transport mode, and mileage-deduction preferences
  • goals, preferences, and other app settings
• Imported files you choose to use, including:
  • CSV files for import or export of app data

How Your Information Is Used

Your information is used only to provide app functionality, including:

• tracking delivery shifts and operating activity
• tracking business expenses and deductible purchases
• calculating business performance metrics such as profit, hourly rate, pay per delivery, and pay per mile
• generating historical insights, heatmaps, and schedule suggestions
• projecting income, expenses, miles, and profit
• estimating taxes based on the information you provide
• managing one-time and recurring schedules
• importing and exporting CSV data for portability and backup
• storing your settings and preferences

Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device using Apple system storage.

The app does not operate its own servers and does not send your personal or business data to a developer-owned backend for storage or processing.

Third Parties

The app does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or external data collection tools.

Financial and Tax Information

The app provides business summaries, projections, and tax estimates for informational and organizational purposes only.

The app is not a substitute for professional tax, accounting, or legal advice.

Your Control

You can control your data at any time by:

• editing or deleting shifts, expenses, schedules, and planning data within the app, where supported
• using CSV export to retain copies of your records
• deleting the app from your device

Children’s Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13, and the app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. If changes are made, the updated version will be posted at the current Privacy Policy URL.
